You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on rrr3. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. By ticking the age confirmation during registration, you are making a legal declaration. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed immediately and any balance is forfeited.

No. rrr3 strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Each player is permitted one account, linked to a unique CNIC, mobile number and email address. Opening duplicate accounts results in all associated accounts being suspended and balances frozen. If you have lost access to your existing account, contact support@rrr3.im for recovery — do not create a new one.

On the Login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your registered email address or mobile number. rrr3 will send a password reset link or code to that contact within a minute. Follow the steps to set a new password. If you do not receive the reset message, check your spam folder or contact support@rrr3.im directly.

Check your email spam or junk folder first — rrr3 verification emails sometimes land there depending on your provider. If it is not there within 3 minutes, request a resend from the verification screen. For SMS, make sure the mobile number you entered at registration is correct. If the problem continues, contact support@rrr3.im with your registered email address and our team will resolve it manually.

Yes, but contact details changes require identity verification to prevent unauthorised changes to your account. Contact support@rrr3.im from your registered email address to request the change. You will be asked to verify your identity before any contact detail is updated. Name changes are only permitted if there has been a legal name change, and require supporting documentation.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is not required at registration. It is triggered before your first withdrawal or if the compliance team has a specific reason to verify your account. You will typically be asked to provide a CNIC copy. The process is straightforward and is completed through the account verification section — or by emailing support@rrr3.im. Completing KYC promptly prevents any delay to your withdrawal.

rrr3 accepts the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:

rrr3 does not charge any fee for deposits. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account balance — Rs 500 in means Rs 500 credited. Your payment method provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash etc.) may have their own transaction charges, but rrr3 does not add any markup on top of that.

Yes — deposit limits are available in your account's Responsible Gaming settings. You can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap in PKR. Limits take effect immediately. Reducing a limit is instant. Increasing a limit has a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before it takes effect. See our Responsible Gaming page for full details on all available tools.

Log in to your rrr3 account and go to the Withdraw section. Select your preferred withdrawal method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT or card), enter the amount in PKR and confirm. If this is your first withdrawal, KYC verification will be required before the funds are released. After KYC is cleared, future withdrawals to the same method process much faster.

The minimum withdrawal on rrr3 is Rs 500. This applies to all withdrawal methods. There is no maximum limit on withdrawals, though very large amounts may require additional verification as part of standard compliance procedures.

Processing times by method:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Usually within 1 to 4 hours after approval
• Bank IBFT: 1 to 2 business days
• Visa / Mastercard: 2 to 5 business days depending on your issuing bank

First withdrawals take longer because KYC verification is required. Subsequent withdrawals to a verified method are typically faster.

Common reasons for withdrawal rejections include: incomplete KYC verification, an active bonus with pending wagering requirements, the withdrawal amount exceeding your available balance (excluding locked bonus funds), or a mismatch between the withdrawal account details and your registered identity. If your withdrawal was rejected, the reason is noted in your account transaction history. Contact support@rrr3.im if the reason is unclear.

rrr3 does not charge a platform fee for withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount sent to your payment method. Your bank or wallet provider may apply their own receiving fees in some cases, but those are outside rrr3's control. rrr3 does not deduct any amount from the withdrawal before sending it.

The welcome bonus on rrr3 is credited automatically to your account when you make your first qualifying deposit. You do not need to contact support or enter a bonus code (unless you have a specific promo code from a campaign). The bonus amount and minimum qualifying deposit are displayed clearly in your account before you confirm the deposit. Review the wagering requirements shown at that screen before proceeding.

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be bet before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling Rs 10,000 from your bonus balance before that Rs 1,000 becomes cashable. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is displayed when the bonus is offered. Not all bets contribute equally — check the contribution rates in the bonus terms.

rrr3 bonuses have an expiry period. If the bonus is not used or the wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus and any associated winnings are automatically removed. The expiry period is shown in the bonus terms at the time of the offer. If you believe a bonus was removed in error, contact support@rrr3.im with your account username and the approximate date the bonus was credited.

During registration, there is an optional promo code field. Enter your code there before submitting the registration form. Promo codes entered at registration apply to the welcome bonus. Some deposit-specific promo codes are entered at the payment screen during a deposit. Aviator is a crash-style game where a multiplier starts at 1x and climbs upward — the longer you wait, the higher the potential win. rrr3 uses TLS 1.3 encryption on all connections and AES-256 encryption for stored data. Your password is stored as a hashed value only — even rrr3 staff cannot read it. Payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. rrr3 never stores full card details on its servers. Log in to your rrr3 account and go to Account Settings, then the Security section. Follow the steps to enable 2FA — a code will be sent to your registered mobile number each time you log in. With 2FA active, no one can access your account even if they know your password. rrr3 strongly recommends enabling 2FA for all Pakistani players.

Change your password immediately from Account Settings. If you cannot access your account, contact support@rrr3.im straight away and ask for an emergency account lock. Our security team will investigate the activity on your account, reverse any unauthorised transactions where possible, and help you secure the account. Enable 2FA as soon as you regain access.

rrr3 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors (to complete your transactions) and compliance/regulatory services (to meet legal obligations) — but only the minimum data required for those specific purposes.
