Terms and Conditions – rrr3.im Betting Platform Rules and Player Obligations

1. Introduction

Welcome to rrr3. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between rrr3.im ("rrr3", "we", "us", "our") and any person ("Player", "you", "your") who registers an account or uses any service made available through the rrr3 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, esports betting, casino games, live dealer games, virtual sports and the Aviator game.

rrr3 is operated as an online betting and casino platform designed specifically for players in Pakistan. All transactions on rrr3 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). By registering on rrr3, you enter into a binding agreement with us on the terms set out below. These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and rrr3.

These Terms are written in English and are intended to be read and applied in the context of the Pakistani market. Where any conflict arises between these Terms and any translated version, the English text prevails.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To open and maintain an account on rrr3, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. rrr3 does not permit minors to register, access or use any service on the platform. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another person or entity.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction or self-exclusion agreement that prohibits you from opening a gambling or betting account.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not already hold another active rrr3 account. Only one account per player is permitted.

rrr3 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Winnings accumulated on an account that is subsequently found to belong to a minor will be forfeited in full.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money services on rrr3, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to rrr3 is truthful, current and complete.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one account on rrr3. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same mobile number or related identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, rrr3 may close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rrr3 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. rrr3 will not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify rrr3 support immediately at support@rrr3.im.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

rrr3 may at any time require you to verify your identity, address or payment method before processing withdrawals or continuing to allow platform access. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address dated within the last three months, and screenshots or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rrr3 accepts deposits from Pakistani players via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. rrr3 does not accept deposits from payment sources belonging to third parties — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on rrr3 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit specified in these Terms, though rrr3 reserves the right to apply limits on a case-by-case basis for compliance or risk management purposes.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on rrr3 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). rrr3 does not apply currency conversion charges on PKR deposits made via local Pakistani payment methods. Deposits made via international card networks may be subject to conversion fees applied by your card issuer, which are outside rrr3's control.

4.4 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your rrr3 balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business hour. Card deposits typically process within minutes, but may occasionally be subject to processing delays from the card network.

4.5 Failed Transactions

If a deposit attempt fails after funds have been deducted from your payment method, please contact rrr3 support immediately with the transaction reference number. Do not attempt the same deposit repeatedly in quick succession, as this may result in multiple deductions from your payment provider that require manual reconciliation.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to all verified rrr3 account holders. Before your first withdrawal is processed, rrr3 may require identity and payment method verification as described in Section 3.4. rrr3 encourages players to complete verification promptly after registration to avoid any delay when requesting their first withdrawal.

5.2 Processing Times

rrr3 aims to process approved withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets within 15 to 25 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals typically complete within the same timeframe. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within the same business day in most cases. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your card-issuing bank's processing schedule.

5.3 Withdrawal to Matching Payment Method

rrr3 requires withdrawal funds to be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) control. Where the original deposit method cannot accommodate withdrawals — such as certain card types — an alternative verified method may be used with prior approval from rrr3 support.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount on rrr3 is Rs 500. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated within your account settings. rrr3 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large withdrawal requests, which may include requests for source-of-funds documentation.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on rrr3 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market and competition at the time of placement. By confirming a bet, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the odds, stake and potential return, and that the bet is final upon confirmation. rrr3 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in the circumstances described in Section 6.3.

6.2 Odds & Markets

Odds on rrr3 are displayed in decimal format. They are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time you submit your bet slip are the odds at which your bet will be placed, provided no technical error occurred. rrr3 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or event.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided by rrr3 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum period required for settlement; there is clear evidence of a palpable error in the odds as displayed; the bet was placed on an event that had already started or concluded at the time of placement; or the relevant governing body rules the result void for any reason. In all void cases, the stake is returned to your rrr3 balance in full.

6.4 Palpable Errors

Where rrr3 identifies that odds were published with a clear and obvious pricing error — for example, odds that are materially inconsistent with the true market price — rrr3 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. rrr3 will not honour winnings derived from an acknowledged pricing error.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply on a per-event and per-day basis. These limits are displayed within the bet slip where applicable. rrr3 reserves the right to apply individual account payout limits at its discretion for risk management purposes.

6.6 In-Play Betting

Live in-play markets operate under the same general rules as pre-match markets with the following additions: odds during live play reflect real-time match conditions and may suspend temporarily during key moments such as goals, wickets, penalties or significant tactical stoppages. rrr3 is not liable for disruption to live betting caused by data feed failures, third-party stream delays or technical outages outside our control.

7. Casino, Slots & Live Games

All casino, slots and live dealer games available on rrr3 operate using independently certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer tables, physical equipment operated by trained croupiers in regulated studio environments.

• Return-to-Player (RTP) figures published for slot games reflect theoretical long-term average performance across millions of spins and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
• Game rules, paytables and feature mechanics are governed by the individual game studio and are displayed within each title on rrr3. In the event of a conflict between in-game display and these Terms, the in-game rules for that specific title take precedence on game-specific mechanics.
• rrr3 is not responsible for disconnections or technical interruptions during live game sessions caused by your internet connection or device. Where a bet was confirmed before a disconnection occurred, rrr3 will settle the round based on the game outcome that completed.
• The minimum bet on slots is Rs 20 per spin. Minimum and maximum bets on live tables vary by table and are displayed before you join.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

rrr3 offers bonuses, free bets and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated alongside the offer. Where bonus-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the bonus-specific terms apply to that promotion.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by rrr3 are typically subject to wagering requirements — a minimum number of times the bonus (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games and time limits will be specified in each promotion's terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots may contribute 100% while live table games may contribute a lower percentage.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

rrr3 monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or balanced bets to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk; opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; using bonuses in a systematic way that exploits mathematical advantages. Where bonus abuse is identified, rrr3 may void the bonus, cancel related winnings and suspend the account pending investigation.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the specified period will expire automatically. Expired bonus balances are removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rrr3 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent account restrictions
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with rrr3 services
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes in poker, live games or any other multiplayer format
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or system vulnerabilities in rrr3's platform or any game
• Placing bets using funds that are the proceeds of illegal activity
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting personal information during KYC
• Accessing rrr3 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law
• Engaging in any activity that rrr3 reasonably suspects is designed to defraud the platform, other players or game studios
• Sharing account access with another individual, including family members

10. Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by rrr3

rrr3 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: a player has breached these Terms; a security concern exists relating to the account; the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; or an investigation into the account or associated transactions is ongoing.

10.2 Funds During Suspension

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, rrr3 will hold the account balance in trust until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned in full. Where a breach is confirmed, rrr3 may withhold balances in full or in part consistent with the severity of the breach and any amounts at issue.

10.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your rrr3 account at any time by contacting support@rrr3.im. Before closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method. If you wish to close your account as part of a self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons, please use the self-exclusion tools in your account settings or inform support of that reason so the closure is recorded appropriately.

11. Responsible Gaming

rrr3 is committed to responsible gaming and provides a full suite of tools to help players manage their activity. Responsible gaming is not a separate policy bolt-on — it is embedded in how rrr3 operates day to day.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits from within your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been active on rrr3 for a defined duration.
• Cooling-Off: Request a break from rrr3 for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or a custom duration. Access is suspended immediately upon request.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request that rrr3 flag your details to prevent re-registration. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed within the minimum exclusion period.

rrr3 monitors for early indicators of problematic gambling patterns and may contact players proactively where those indicators are identified. Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools proactively rather than waiting until a problem develops.

12. Privacy & Data

rrr3 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on rrr3, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key points relating to data use on rrr3:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary to operate your account, process transactions and comply with applicable legal requirements.
• rrr3 does not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.
• All stored data is protected with AES-256 encryption. Data in transit is encrypted via TLS 1.3.
• rrr3 may share data with financial institutions, payment processors and regulatory authorities where required by law or to process your transactions.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data rrr3 holds about you by contacting support@rrr3.im.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the rrr3 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, game interfaces, text and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of rrr3 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the rrr3 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any rrr3 content without express written permission. This includes scraping odds data, automating interactions with the platform, or reproducing rrr3 branding in any commercial context.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rrr3's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited as follows:

• rrr3 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranty that services will be uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available.
• rrr3 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses of anticipated winnings from events that did not occur due to technical issues.
• rrr3 is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party game studios, payment processors or data providers.
• rrr3's total liability to any individual player in any calendar month shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the same month.

Nothing in these Terms limits rrr3's liability for fraud, gross negligence or death or personal injury caused by our direct acts or omissions.

15. Amendments to These Terms

rrr3 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, relating to payment terms, betting settlement rules or account restrictions — rrr3 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the rrr3 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your account before the changes take effect. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at rrr3.im/terms-conditions and is marked with the effective date.

Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to support@rrr3.im with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and a clear description of the issue, your account username and any relevant transaction references. rrr3 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve all formal complaints within 7 business days of receipt.

These Terms are governed by applicable principles of commercial fairness and are designed to protect both rrr3 and its players equally. rrr3 is committed to resolving disputes quickly, transparently and in good faith.
